There are a number of challenges in our use of IT for learning

1. The challenge of mastering the medium

2. The challenge of wanting to engage with the medium

3. The challenge of knowing what I want to learn


Media itself provides multiple means of acquiring the skills are mastering the

medium

Do you agree?


This may be a more significant challenge:

Holding onto the familiar,

Resisting the new

Do you agree?


This is, as always, the significant challenge:

Do you agree?


IT provides limitless possibilities but the skills of harvesting the learning are in their infancy.

It is one more challenge for educators and particularly for the educators of teachers!
