Iceberg in Relation to Individual AttitudeAs identified earlier Icebergs is bigger than what will appear on the surface: therefore, human attitude mimic iceberg what will be known to people about you is only 10 percent while 90 percent is hidden if the 10% of an individual attitude is good we cannot generalized that individual is good or unless he proves otherwise. The only thing that people may know about you are; knowledge, skills, and hardworking etc. which constitute about 10%, while the reaming 90% is attitude, which people don’t know about you.
