Enrolling in graduate level courses prior to the receipt of an undergraduate degree:Students must receive permission from the graduate academic advisor, Jose Tavarez, to enroll in a graduate course while still an undergraduate student. The course will fall under their under-graduate transcript until he/she has graduated and the credits will then be transferred to his/her graduate transcript. If these courses are used to meet any requirements for the undergradu-ate degree then they CANNOT be transferred to the graduate transcript and applied to the graduate degree. NOTE: These courses should NOT be used to meet requirements for an undergraduate degree. Loans from government agencies intended for undergraduate education should not be used to fund these courses
