• Statistics show that 100% of schools have computer access, but whether they have enough computers or good working ones is debatable.

• Only 45% of people with incomes under $15000 have at home computers

• Online applications are processed faster.

• Often students cannot access their e-mail both at home and at school causing problems due to the importance of e-mail for financial aid correspondence.
