the campus possesses a social facility,
a student culture center,
student restaurants,
conference halls,
an animal farm enabling veterinary students to practice on individual cases, and
a veterinary hospital open 24 hours.
The Technology Center installed in cooperation with private companies offers students all kinds of technological facilities.
THE AVCILAR KAMPUSThe campus has also some sports activities,
a standart soccer pitch,
a sports hall,
an astral soccer pitch,
2 tennis courts, and
an open area basketball court,
in addition to a library, laboratory and computer facilities catering for students with their research projects.
The Faculty of Engineering is founded with the aim of training engineers to serve in different disciplines and to carry out research in various engineering branches.
The students of the faculty receive education at European standards through the academic staff competent in their fields.
THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERINGThe Faculty publishes periodicals such as
Chemica Acta Turcica,
University- Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
Earth Sciences and
Engineering Bulletin,
in addition to organizing many national and international conferences and carrying out research and publishing papers in the field of engineering.
The Journal of Engineering Sciences considering to publish have been prepared and will be published next within 2 or 3 months.
