6.What have I learnt about technologies from the process of constructing my product?

When I started my filming I was fully equipped . I had a camera, tripod and a dolly. Most of the scenes I had used the tripod. Without the tripod my film wouldn’t be so well filmed. However, during the shooting in the park it was difficult to carry all the equipment. I had to be careful where was I positioning the camera and the tripod

because there was snow. One of the scenes in the park I had to film it on a frozen lake.

The dolly I used only once at the beginning of the scene 3. It was my second time using such equipment for my projects.

After the filming of NAIVETY I founded the editing really hard. That was because the program I used was a professional. The programs name is Final Cut Pro X. It wasn’t my

first time editing a film, however with the Final Cut I manage to add so many interesting effects such as Gun Shots, HD maker of the scenes, Fading effect and others. During the whole editing I used different social websites to explore the features of Final Cut.

The main site I used for my research of the features of the program was YouTube. The first thing that I was needing help with was to find where were the tools (crops, blade and others.) in the program. The next time I had to use YouTube was to find out how to make Scene 2 more brighter because these scene was filmed in the evening. When I founded I noticed that the scene became more HD then before. Another difficult moment for me was how to add Gun Fire effect. Eventually I find out that it was really simple. I had to download the effect and the audio, and than to add it in the scene. I used soundfxcenter.com for the gun effects.

Before I started my production I had to find movies which could help me with an idea for a movie. I was looking different productions made by media students again in YouTube. Moreover, I was checking some Blogs to see what the examiner would

like to see in my film. The blogs I have found , mostly were made with blogger.com. I assumed that by using this website it will be easier for me to get responses or

criticism from my audience. That is why I choose to work with Blogger.

When I began working on my blog I had to see what my audience likes to watch so I have made a Questionnaire. I made it with SurveyMonkey.com. I made my research on how to use it and I posted on my blog. I had enough responses to see which age

group I am targeting and what is going to be the genre of my film.

Before that, I have done some textual analysis. To be more creative and to make it more interesting for my audience I used different programs to make my analysis more

interesting to read. That is why I used Spicy Nodes for my James Bond essay.

In final, I find out how interesting and exciting was to make films and to make a research by using so many websites. The most interesting, during the whole process, was the filming and the editing part. I learn so many techniques to film and edit my movies in the future. I hope that my audience will appreciate what I have made and

will help me next year with my new project.
