● Daughter of Juana Ibaguren and Juan Duarte ● She had four siblings Elisa, Blanca, Juan

and Erminda ● Born on May 7,1919 in Los Argentina ● She grew up poor dreaming of becoming an

actress and when she was 16 she left school and went to Buenos Aires to becoming a star

● On 21 October 1945, Eva and Juan were married

Actions and Impacts● Eva peron was a women’s rights

activists, actress, and served as the first lady of Argentina when she married Juan Peron.

● Eva used her position as first lady to fight for women’s suffrage and improve the the lives of the poor.She became a legendary figure in Argentina politics

● She died in July 26, 1952 in Bueno Aires

Actress life ● When she was 15 she moved to Buenos Aires,

Argentina in 1930 hoping to become an actress.

● She got a chance to play the life of Queen Elizabeth 1 and Catherine the Great. In 1943 she enjoyed one of her greatest achievements.she signed a potray with alot of women.On march 28 1935 was her debute on stage.

First Lady of Argentina● Most of the people loved Eva because she used her

position to get help for those who came in with urgent requests.

● If a mother could not find enough medical care for her child, Eva saw to it that the child was taken care of. If a family lived in poverty she arranged for better living area

● She also used her position as first lady to fight for women’s suffrage and in 1947 Argentine gave women the right to vote
