•Authentic Podcast - Making and using Podcast Audio files for student use between lessons.•Course design - general - Basic rules for a successful language course, teachers and schools.•Employer sponsored courses - A very important BP. The problems with employer based courses and how to raise the results.
Motivating early language learning by asking 5 Romance language schools to write a Chain Story in their own language.
