Software-first cut

• This is editing software we used for some editing in our product and qualitative research.

• This editing software can only be used in iMac computers.

• It is a bit more advanced than adobe premiere because of the special effects it allows you to use.

• The downfall to this software in comparison to adobe premier is its difficult in mastering how to use properly.

Software- Adobe premier• This is an easy to use piece of

software which allows you to edit videos into a complete piece.

• This software was helpful as it made the production of our music video a easier process.

• We were mentor in using this software which improved our groups basic editing skills.

Tri-caster studio

• The tri caster studio helps you make use of the green screen, which was important in the performance parts of our music videos.

• The tri caster studio allows you to add effects to the music video.

Green screen

• The green screen allowed us to add effects to our music video.

• We made our performers play there role here and then we could manipulate the recorded footage on the tri caster studio and adobe premier.

Tri-pod and video recorder• This piece of equipment was very

important for our group in making our music video as it was what we used to record our music video. The footage we record on the video recorder would then be edited.

• The Tri-pod was also important at it gave our music video a professional look. Without the tri-pod the camera would be shaking making our music video look unprofessional.

iMac computer• This was an expensive piece

of equipment that we had available to us through our school.

• It allowed us to use the first cut software. This was very useful as this piece of software enabled us to do things we were unable to so in Adobe premier.
