• Company must be an innovation-based. Company must have a product or service – not a “consulting” company. Need not be high-tech. Some tech is good.

• Company may or may not require resources beyond your control (intellectual and financial)
• An economically sustainable & growing business
• Summarized in a Business Plan [can be a longish powerpoint deck]
• Locate potential advisors, and at least one sample buyer
