The prime functionalities of the e-ERP

systems are E-commerce, Supply Chain

Management (SCM), Customer Relationship

Management (CRM), Business Intelligence

(BI), Advance Planning and Scheduling (APS)

and Internet procurement or e-procurement.

Systems provide information that assist in

planning and managing the production of

goods.

For instance, SCM assists in answering

questions such as where the good is to be

produced, from which the parts are to be

procured and by when it is to be delivered.

The SCM systems build on APS for decision

support.

Systems facilitates the managing of a broad set

of functions that primarily include the

and customer service management.

The ERP system provides the CRM systems with

The PESTLE technique is the second among business analytics tools

which is meant to scrutinize the various external elements which

can affect an enterprise and its operations.

It is made up of six characteristics:

Economic (impact of local, national and global economy)

Sociological (various ways society can affect any organization)

Technological (effect of new and emerging technologies)

CATWOE is a business analysis technique which supports critical thinking about what the business hopes to accomplish.
