Is the ability of individuals to recognize their own and other people’s

emotions, to discriminate between different feelings and label them appropriately to use emotional

information to guide thinking and behavior.

The studies have shown that people with high E.I have a greater mental health , job performance and more

potent leadership. Working with E.I indicated that

accounted for 67% of the necessary abilities for superior performance in

leadership and mattered twice as much as I.Q

That's truly sure that E.I is areal intelligence. Studies have begun to

provide evidence to help characterize the neural

mechanisms of E.I . It’s a relatively recent behavioral model rising to prominence with Daniel Golman

1995.

E.I is an important consideration in human resources planning ,job

profiling and selection management. It’s a new way to understand and

access peoples behaviors , management style , attitudes ,

interpersonal and potential.

INTELLIGENCE THEORY.
