Employees’ quotes

Good – easy to understand, navigation, explanations, pictures

Used it when I moved stationery

Felt modern

I adjusted my seat

Took 10-20 minutes to complete

Much better than a handbook and far easier to update

The writing style was pitched in the right way. It was easy to understand and had a chatty informal style

I adjusted the position of my computer monitor

Was already aware but it was a nice refresher

E-learning is a very unique way of learning

Quicker and easier than face to face

Can access when I work evenings or in spare moments

The basics: How we set up our e-learning• We pay CLC• They provide generic ‘off the

shelf’ courses via a website (or intranet)

• E-learning Senior Admin: assigns password, assigns mandatory courses, chases weekly

• User guide and top tips……plus phone-based or face-to-face coaching

• People complete mandatory courses and can then access other courses

Personalising your e-learning to your organisation

1. Generic ‘off the shelf’ courses, provided by CLC

2. Tailored courses developed in-house, from scratch

3. CLC will provide templates for us to tailor / adapt

The Guinness Partnership has

4. We are also experimenting with alternatives: email, phone, webinars
