The course plan on COBIT ® 5 foundation training encloses information on history of COBIT ®, drivers for developing a framework, benefits of COBIT ®, COBIT ® format and product architecture. COBIT ® principle is also added, which includes meeting stakeholder need, end-to-end covering of the enterprise and applying a single integrated framework. COBIT ® enablers include organizational structures, services, infrastructure and behavior, competencies and skills. COBIT ® implementation, process capability, differences to the COBIT 4.1 CMM, process reference model (PRM), process assessment model (PAM), measurement framework and an introduction to assessor training steps are also covered.
