As you think about your strengths and needs in the classroom, think about students with different strengths. How will your approach support them in the classroom?

It is very easy to plan a classroom or lesson for our strengths. We also need to support students who learn differently. Striving towards the principles of Universal Design for Learning can strengthen our offerings for all students.
