especially for policy makers, school leaders, parents, and communities. How to meet the needs of a changing
school population is essential. Changes in demographics can pose many road blocks for schools. But more importantly, how schools respond will ultimately determine the health of the nation. Within this
presentation, it will address demographics and ways to reconsider the role of schools in the light of this changing

Effective Management of Change
As the demographics of the school system in the United States continues to change, the school system must adapt. The school culture has already been and will continue to be affected by these changes. Therefore, effective communication and management from all parties involved must continue to progress as well. With the Federal Government, Districts, and Schools taking an active role in preemptively dealing with these changes, students will continue to achieve high success from Kindergarten through high school graduation.
