contractor after 2 month upon Date of
Commencement.
• Defect liability : 21 months
• LAD: Rm50,000
• Work Programme : 7 days upon the receive
of this letter.
• Performance Bond : 5% of Contract Sum

• No Extension of time for delay caused by
approving authorities regarding work on site.
