MEALS & SNACKSHOW MANY MEALS AND SNACKS DO YOU HAVE EVERY DAY?

CONCLUSIONS:

Boys have more meals than girls! Younger students (13 - 14 year olds)

have more meals than older students (15 year olds).

Most of students ( 52 %) have 3 - 4 or 5 meals every day.

Only three girls (14 -15 year olds) have 2 meals every day( 6 %).

CONCLUSIONS:

There no big difference between 13 -14 and 15 year olds.

Only 4 girls and 3 boys have their breakfast rarely (6 %) or never!

Boys eat breakfast more often than girls.

CONCLUSIONS:

Girls eat more fruits and vegetables than boys!

There no big difference between 13-14 and 15 year olds.

Most students eat fruit ( 69 %) and vegetables (61 %) once or twice a day.

17% of students eat fruit and 32 % eat vegetables rarely or never!

Girls eat less fast food than boys! There no big difference between 13 -14

and 15 year olds students. 52% of students occasionally

(sometimes) eat fast food. 23 % of students eat fast food very

rarely or never But 25% of students eat fast food very

often!

CONCLUSIONS:

Boys eat meat more than girls! The most of students (61%) eat meat 1- 3 times a

week. Only 8% of students eat meat less than once a

week! Girls generally eat fish almost as frequently as

boys. 42% of students eat fish twice a week or more. 58% of students eat fish rarely (less than once a

week)! There no big difference between 13 -14 and 15

year olds.

CONCLUSIONS:

Most of students drinks water 3 - 4 and more glasses every day.

There are no one student, who don’t drink the water every day!

Most of students like drink fresh juice(44%)

23% of students drinks soft drinks. 33% of students like drink tee or juice

drinks.

CONCLUSIONS:

It is no rather between girls and boys and their age.

17 % of students eat sweets, pastries or desserts every day.

10 % of students buy sweets and deserts very rarely or never.

QUESTIONNAIRE ANSWERS - EATING HABITS CONCLUSIONS:

Only 7% of students are very satisfied with their eating habits!

30 % of students are not really satisfied with their eating habits. So they may consider to change them: to eat more fish, vegetables and fruits. To eat less fast food and drink soft drinks!
