people bring some willow wands to bless them by the prayers of the priest.

Maundy Thursday

• On Maundy Thursday priests bless oils and ill people.

• Church bells bell last time during evening Mass. They are silent till Holly Saturday

Good Friday

• People believed that witches met during the night from Maundy Thursday to Good Friday.

• People expect them to harm their animals, and therefore they varnish evening stables doors by tar or garlic.

Holy Saturday• On Holy (White) Saturday

people cook and bake some tradicional dishes – smoked ham and sousages, eggs, cakes.. .

Easter Sunday

• People bring easter baskets to church to bless easter food – meat, eggs, butter, salt, cake...

• The head of family share an egg with all members of the family to be. Then we eat Easter menu to be always full up.

Easter Monday

On Easter Monday men and boys pour women and girls with water. When they come into a girl's house they try to find her because she is usually hid somewhere. When boys find her, they beat her with plaited willow and

pour some water on the girl. Small boys say various traditional rhymes while doing this. Then they pour their parfume on the gril's hair. She gives them some cakes, chocolate Easter eggs or painted

eggs, or even some money.
