This 40 days we have to fast and we onlyeat meat when it is no Friday.

These days start on Ash Wednesday andfinish after 40 days.

After the 40 days of Lent, the firstproce.ssion is : “Domingo de Ramos”

Procession: “Las turbas”

This is a typical procession in Cuenca. A lotof people participate in the procession.

It starts at 5:00 a.m on Holy Friday.People play a kind of music with theirdrums.
