series of huge waves that can cause great devastation and loss of life when they strike a coast.

Any suspicion and doubt should be immediately reported to police by people. While renting the premises to the persons who are new, there should be police check up. The investigating agencies should coordinate with central intelligence agencies.Politicians should not make terrorism a blame game.Finally the people of India should be utmost calm and have patience

As a general population, it might be most prudent to comply with the guidelines issues by such disaster management authority in such situations.

The disaster management authority is expected to issue specific guidelines.

Do not use contaminated water.Now that we understand that we wont have access to fresh water, food etc., it might be good to anyways take general precautions
