Remember: The lower the f-number or f-stop the WIDER the aperture 9. SQUINTING gives you a larger depth of field. So does having a small aperture/high f-stop.The smaller the F-Number (therefore the wider the aperture) the shallower the depth of field. 10. LIGHTWider apertures let more light into the camera, smaller apertures do the opposite. Great in dark situations and keeps the shutter speed FAST and ISO DOWN. 11.
