GraphicsThe overall digipak’ s aesthetics is floaty and artistic with images of coloured patterns and designs.

ImagesAll images include Taylor herself to identify the artist. Her costumes are pretty dresses that are enhanced by wind and movement. Her hair and makeup match this image with simple wavy hair and little makeup.

ColourThe colour scheme for this digipak is, colourful, bright, girly and vivid. This matches Taylor’s band as being girly and innocent , colours like purple and yellow give the impression of summer and brightness this can link in with the meanings of her songs being about love.

features like interesting images of Holly and keep the theme bright and cheerful.

ColourBright and Luminas colours are used which attracts the eye and is in trend at the time of release.

FontJust an outline is used allowing the background to fill the text, this makes the background be the main feature of the design and the text have less importance. However this is a successful effect.

GraphicsInstead of images an abstract design is used which includes graffiti looking text and splashes of colour this creates an interesting and eye catching background.

ImagesAs a digipak it has broken the conventional way of using an image of in this case the band, this gives the digipak a unique appearance

ThemeThe background fills the digipak allowing this to make it all link together with a strong connection the drawings differs and changes only the colour scheme and style stays the same adding interest.

This Album cover I have research gives the impression of a artistic and vivid design, this also fits in with the trend as it

uses bright colours and has an up to date stylish appearance. These techniques will appeal to a young target audience

similar to what I will be targeting for Holly’s album therefore I must create a stylish and modern looking cover.

FontThe font doesn’t have as much visual impact as the images but the letters are spaced out and a thin font has been used. This text also is in a light shade meaning in areas its harder to read.

Rihanna is featured in all images, as an artist she is portrayed in a provocative way. On the cover a strong central image is used consisting of a close up, this is then recognisable to customers.

Colour The colour scheme consist mainly of red this colour suggests passionate, power, love and a loud/bright colour linking in with the title.

Rihanna’s album has given me ideas of how to make a Digipak have a strong colour scheme with mainly red being used giving

visual impact, I also think the close-up images which would be a good idea for Holly’s album as this is her first release and fans

will then be able to recognise her. I think Holly’s album will need a stylish modern look and design similar to Rihanna’s.

FontThe font size is small which draws the customer into the cover, the title uses a bold font that has the style of simple graffiti.

ImagesThis digipak consist of no photos but illustrations instead, Bruno is shown as a small silhouette walking into the distance lead by a rocket. This is an unique design and has a edgy and trendy look.
