ANY

SOME significa algo de, unos (cuantos), algún.

ANY puede significar ningún. Algunas veces no se traduce en español.

ACTIVIDAD. Saca conclusiones del recuadro anterior sobre el uso de estas dos palabras.

Observa los parecidos y la diferencia y anótalos en el cuaderno.

Nota:

SOME puede usarse en preguntas cuando se espera una respuesta positiva al

ofrecimiento o permiso que se está solicitando.

Cuando ANY se usa en oraciones positivas significa cualquiera. Ejemplo: Any parent would have worried. Cualquier padre se habría preocupado.

Any se utiliza con palabras que tienen un significado negativo como never, hardly ever (casi nunca), rarely, etc.
