Las Vegas, NV– It started out asjust another normal day. Larry the Learner had just sat at his desk to embark on a learning journey. A journey that turned horrific within only a few moments.

The result is unnecessary incident that could and should have been avoided by having the right instructional strategy coupled with the right content.


It wasn’t a good day for me either…I had to find out why.

Being in compliance is as easy as following a recipe.

A metaphor transfers the sense or ideas or associations of one word to

another. The ADDIE Model is a road map. Creating engaging instruction is

like writing a mystery novel.

Teach the “Why” behind a process or a procedure to provide the context for troubleshooting and for understanding the steps.

problems with the procedure, it might be they don’t understand the underlying concepts.
