Great Victoria Desert The Great Victoria Desert is the largest desert in

Australia, it can get temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius and that’s on an average day!

The Great Victoria is covered in little pebbles sand dunes, Some plants in the desert are the malle black, desert oak marble gum, spinifex, grevilleas, parakeelya, lechenaultia and the hibbertia wildflower.

Great Sandy Desert

The Great Sandy Desert is located in Western Australia, it is the second largest desert in Australia.It is hot and dry and it gets very cold at night the are open grassland and many trees,native animal include bilbies, thorny devils, red kangaroos, and lizards.There are many villages built in the Great Sandy Desert and even some towns.

Simpson desert

The Simpson Desert is located in central Australia,it is dusty and dry and it is covered in tall spiney grass called spinfex.Dust storms are very common in the Simpson desert, it has a very harsh environment and many animals struggle to survive the terrible heat.it covers up to 200,000 square kilometers of central Australia and has less than 400 mls of rain each year.
