Delving into the Basic Pedagogy of Corporate Training Courses

Most corporate organizations arrange training for their employees because they believe that training

increases skills, knowledge and attitude. When an organization decides to give training to its employees,

it has to do a thorough study of the current scenario. Such a study is technically called training need

analysis. Once the training need analysis is done, a corporate organization gets to know what they are

doing and what they need to do. In other words, a TNA tells an organization what is lacking in their

organization. Most Corporate Spanish Course are designed after getting the TNA results. These courses

are generally delivered by in-house training experts, but due to lack of manpower shortage, these

trainings are outsourced to professional training companies.

Professional training companies train employees

using a plethora of training tools and

methodologies. The training is generally

delivered by classroom training methods, but

there are some advanced courses that are also

delivered by online means. The classroom based

training methods are traditional, but with latest

technology, they have improved a lot. Today,

classrooms have become tech-savvy and

interactive whiteboards have replaced the

conventional blackboards. Trainers too have become tech-savvy so that they can train employees more

effectively and efficiently.

For hard skills such as training software applications, corporate organizations look towards elearning or

online learning. These techniques are good for people who want to learn at their own pace. Let’s take an

example to understand this. There is a new chat software introduced by the company and all the

employees need to be trained on this software application. If the employee strength is 2000 employees,

then it would take more than three months to train all employees on the software application.

Classroom based training may not be a good strategy in such situations. So, what is the best option

then? The answer is online learning. The company can develop an online software training program and

broadcast it on the intranet or on the cloud (cloud computing). If the company has a learning

management system, they can also host the elearning modules on these systems and then broadcast

them to the employees.

Elearning can also be used if employees need to be trained on language skills. For example, intensive

french course can easily be converted to an elearning course and hosted to the learning management

system or intranet of an organization.
