Delaware borders in the northern part with Pennsylvania, in the southern part with Maryland, in the eastern part with the bay of Delaware and to the southeast with the Atlantic Ocean. The border with Pennsylvania is the only one in USA that possesses form of arch, and is known as Twelve Mile Circle.

Delaware, with part of Maryland and part of Virginia, form Delmarva's Peninsula. That name is an abbreviation of the other names: Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.

Delaware is the second smallest state in territorial extension of the USA, and it’s the sixth least populated.

But it’s a great financer center, with more of 200 thousand companies.
