Notices & Reminders

Parents and Guardians,

Please be reminded of the following:

Gates will be closed by 1:40 or after the last bus has entered the

gate. The gates will not be opened until after the busses are re-

lease. Please keep in mind this is for the safety of our students.

We ask that parents try to schedule appointments after 2:00 p.m.

and allow their child(ren) to stay in school until dismissal.

When entering the campus, please be mindful of the traffic in the morning and afternoon. I have noticed

parents trying to enter the campus and holding up traffic as the light turns red. We ask that drivers stop at

the traffic light until the traffic in the campus allows for cars to enter and to be courteous to other drivers.

Unfortunately, we are by the main road and do not have a private entrance into the school.

Uniforms may be purchased at RoyalBics and are mandatory.

Parents/Guardians may access their child’s grades through Parent Portal, if you do not have access and/or

need to be given access again, please visit the main office for assistance.

Parents who have access to PowerSchool/Parent Portal may click on the Daily Bulletins to find out what

activities and events are taking place at the school.

Hafa Adai Parents/Guardians,

I am soliciting input for the 2016 Budget Request for Juan M. Guerrero. Your feedback is extremely im-

portant and it is my hope to continue the open communication and bridge the gap between the stakeholders

and the school administration. Your child(rens) education and safety is important and my priority. There-

fore, I am asking for your support in taking the time to provide input.

We have been successful in replacing most of the A/C units in the classrooms and the installation of the A/

C unit in the cafeteria. Keep in mind this is a Budget Request Proposal and the items requested will be used

to request for funding and may or may not be provided to the school for FY 2016 Budget.
