We had been hoping to organise a field trip to one of the tapings - I went last year and thoroughly enjoyed myself - but alas it is not to be. We’re looking forward to the launch of our White Pine reading programme after the Holiday Break. This year promises to be like none before here at ESA. Grade 9 students with Mr. Middel, one of our new English teachers, are going to be participating in White Pine reading circles. This will bring additional interest and exposure to our programme. We’re looking forward to great discussions and taking lots of students to the Festival of Trees at Harbourfront in May, 2015.
