ICPD – or the International Conference on Population and Development held in Cairo last August 1994 sponsored by UN made a declaration signed by 176 countries including RP forcing every country to implement reproductive health programs.

PLCPD – established in 1998, an NGO named as the Philippine Legislators Committee on Population and Development currently headed by Biazon (Senate) and Acosta (Congress) is tasked to pursue the anti-family and anti-life agenda of ICPD and the force behind HB 3773. Soon-Ruiz is the advocacy manager for Visayas. PLCPD is funded by USAID, UNFPA, etc.

The most controversial anti-family, anti-life and anti-Filipino bill is HB 3773 or the Population Management and Reproductive Health Care Act of 2004

Philippine 1987 Constitution states in

Art. II Sec. 12 – The State recognizes the sanctity of family life and shall protect and strengthen the family as a basic autonomous social institution.

It shall equally protect the life of the mother and of the unborn from conception. The natural and primary right and duty of the parents in the rearing of youth for civic efficiency and the development of moral character shall receive the support of the government.

WARNING!The current moves to revise our Philippine Constitution in their desire to change our present form of government is very dangerous. In the process called Con-Ass, all pro-life and pro-family provisions securely in-placed in the Constitution might be deleted.

who constantly bombarded us with WRONG data, using the very powerful media, government bureaus and learning

institutions.

Second. The present Total Fertility Rate or TFR among our women,

Third. The Total Land Area or TLA of the Philippines, and

Fourth. The blatant reasons why this republic remained poor

• Of these 635M or 63% are contracepting with over 150M permanently sterilized.

Immediate Solutions:

1. Increase birth rates – STOP all forms of artificial forms of birth control. Make sure abortion & gay marriages remained illegal.

2. Delay retirement of employees. This will minimize labor problem and the danger of bankruptcy of Pension Funds. US – 1950 – 16.50 Employees to 1 retiree 1990 – 3.3 Employees to 1 retiree. Italy 2005, 3 employees to 1 retiree.

3. Replacement migration – developed countries get workers from developing countries

3. Reject population control and throw back the burden of reducing poverty to the politicians. Let them render good governance.

4. Install Natural Family Planning Centers in every parish nationwide. And teach Abstinence Education to the schools.
