EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO STAND QUIETLY AND RESPECTFULLY AND ENCOURAGED TO REPEAT THE PLEDGE.

Absences Were you sick? Did someone pass away? Was there a

family emergency? Was there a religious holiday?

If so, bring a note WRITTEN and SIGNED by your parents within 48 hours of the day you were absent and it will be EXCUSED

Tardies – come to school on time! Get a tardy pass after 9:30AM!

Fire Drills and Evacuations During either one of these procedures

Quiet down and listen to your teacher’s instructions

Follow your teacher out of the building in a single file line

Face away from the school

Remain quiet, remain in a single file line while teacher takes attendance

Quietly follow teacher back into the classroom once drill or evacuation procedure has been ended

Building Hours Teachers do not live at school and neither should you

Spare yourself, do not come to school before 9:00 AM unless you are enrolled with the YMCA

Go home! The sooner the better! Don’t stay here past 4:20 PM unless you are enrolled with the YMCA or are participating in a planned after school activity.

If you are staying after school to meet with a teacher, you should have a signed and dated pass in your planner from that teacher. (Same for before school)
