Membership RequirementsActive Membership• Have a minimum GPA (Undergraduate – 2.0
GPA, Graduate – 3.0 GPA) • Currently enrolled in 6 or more units as
Undergraduate, 3 or more units as Graduate Currently enrolled in 6 or more units as Undergraduate, 3 or more units as Graduate
• Join Clinical Science Club on CSUDH Toro Links• Paid club dues of $20 for the school year
(Fall/Spring)• New Members must complete Part 4 of
Membership Form*Application cannot be printed double-sided*
