Taste of the Valley Saturday night dinner - must be held off campus, but a huge hit with food from restaurant favorites in the Valley.

Margaritas and Manicures

Saturday cocktail reception at the Art Museum

MoHos at the Movies: Friday movie night on the green behind the Rockies. Screened “Dirty Dancing” and had concession stand

Midnight M&Cs

Book-author event with Jill Kerr Conway speaking and signing books afterward. Profits went to class.

Make Your Own Nametag station with decorating materials such as stickers, glitter, feathers, markers. Great ice breaker, especially alums with children.

Take photos of everyone as they arrive, then post them near the bell desk, clearly labeled with the name. That way you could see what classmates looked like and not have it be such a shock when them in person. It also helped as people arrived in shifts to see who was already her so you could look them up. It was a huge hit.

Goodie bags for each classmate which included a mug, a beautiful leather bookmark, a baked good from a classmate, all the instructions for the weekend, the costume and a few other bobbles.

Virtual elfing to encourage classmates to come to reunion

Common read for the class that at reunion has a lecture about it or a back-to-class session

Bagpipes playing for a class to walk to the site of its memorial service for its classmates that plays during and after the service of remembrance
