A number of teachers from various year

levels were questioned from the schools

where we are currently doing our

placement. The following are their

thoughts on creativity and assessment

that promotes creativity.

•Is usually done in KLA areas such as Art, Drama, Technology and possibly Science. It doesn’t really fit in Maths assessment tasks.

•Is used in assessment tasks where artistic or technology skills are used.

•Is used only in certain assessment tasks. Needs to be used in balance with assessments that focus on developing more academic skills.
