Introduction to Pebble Pad3™ In 2014 the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health

Sciences (FMNHS) at Monash University introduces Pebble Pad3™ (PP)

Pilot DMIRS in Semester One for Clinical Workbooks– Y3– Y2– Y1

Others– School of Nursing and Midwifery– Department of Community Emergency Health and

Paramedic Practice– Department of Occupational Therapy

Supports learning activities

Contains two different spaces

1. to support individual personal learning (Pebble+)

2. to support institutional teaching, learning and assessment (ATLAS).

Gen) + Adv WB special contracts– Year 2: RAD2051 (Gen) and RAD2012 (Gen + Mob or

Acute) – Year 1: RAD1061 (Gen) and RAD1012 (Gen)

What we did

Created a new specific authentic clinical task:

An Image Collection with discussion

Aim: To display evidence of students’ own work with an image critique and reflective explanation

Requirement: Two examples of work (X-Ray) images produced (de-identified)

– One diagnostic (proud effort)– One undiagnostic (repeat effort)
