Create Checklist Items
Method 1
Go to “Checklist Management - Person” screen and Select Add a New Value
Method 2
Select the checklist icon from the upper right corner of the “View Financial Aid Status” screen.
Enter student empl id and click the magnifying glass
▪ Enter FINA in Administrative Function
▪ In Checklist Code, enter FDSBEX, FPCKGEX or FNOTIF depending on checklist that you are posting.
▪ Select the Variable Data and enter the appropriate aid year (2017)
▪ Select Checklist Management 2 tab at the top.
▪ In the “Item” field, select the magnifying glass or enter the code of the checklist item to be posted.
▪ Locate the appropriate checklist item; select the item to enter the code in the checklist item field.
▪ Select the “Save” icon.
Update Checklist Item
▪ Review checklist items in the checklist section by going to the “View Financial Aid Status” screen.
▪ Enter the student’s Affiliate ID in the “ID” field and select the “Search” icon. ▪ Select “View All” to view all checklist items on the student’s account.▪ Select the checklist item to be updated.
▪ Select the specific checklist item to be updated from the list of checklist items on the “Checklist Management-Person” screen.
▪ Select the new status from the drop down list in the “Status” field.
▪ Select the “Save” icon to save the update
