INGREDIENTS.
1 CUP OF FLOUR .
1 CUP CORN MEAL.1 TEASPOONS SALT. 1 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER.
1 EGG.
1 CUP MILK.
SEVERALS FRANKFURTERS.
DIRECTIONS.
1. In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, salt and the baking powder. Stir the eggs and milk.
2. Preheat oil in a deep saucepan overmedium heat.
3. Insert wooden skewers intofrankurters.
4. Roll frankfurters in batter until wellcoated.
5. Fry 2two o 3three corn dogs at a time until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
