COOKIES
• 1 egg• 4.4oz of sugar glass• 8.8oz of flour• 5.2oz of butter• One pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS
1. Enter into the glass egg and sugar2. Add flour, then take of the bottom of the
mass and walls of the glass. Add butter.3. Remove dough from the glass if you find
something sticky, add more flour. Then wrap in a cling wrap and reserve in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Past the time, remove dough from the fridge for reach room temperature and spread it out on a dusted with flour sufarce with a rolling pin until a thickness of 0,5cm.

5. Use some molds of diferents forms for make the cookies and have them in the preheated oven at 180 ºC wathing they do not burn.6. Keep the cookies in a metal box for stored tightly. NOTE: If you want to make chocolate cookies, in step two add together with the flour 1.7oz cocoa powder
