• It is the process of transferring the records or information into an electronic form.

• When digitizing the materials it is very important to be well planned and the records carefully prepared, identified and authenticated to ensure a usable and legally admissible outcome.

Content preservation seems to be very important in records management field. It

is because the main things that we are concern about in records preservation is the content of the records which could

contribute to some important event towards our country. However, those ways need to be handle by the one who experts with the right procedures and process in

order to produce a quality product.
