Companies willing to work at construction sites as contractors or subcontractors, will have to accredit that:

They have: Human resources at both managerial and productive level ,

having passed the necessary prevention training. A suitable prevention organization according to the OHS Law.

They are (Ministry of Labour).

The Supreme Court of Justice in 2010, erased the compulsory nature

of TPC card for employees working in construction companies,

which was foreseen from January 1st, 2012.

Compulsory Vs Voluntary

But this elimination does not concern the S&H training programmes

set by the collective agreement, which are still mandatory.

Even though TPC card is based on a voluntary scheme, +700.000 TPC

cards have been issued.
