Internal Supplies Thermometers, hand sanitisers, surgical and N95 masks,
and other personal protective equipment (PPE) are
essential for the effective control of infection at the
workplace
Ensure availability and subsequent distribution of supplies
Be prepared for panic buying at the onset of a pandemic,
leading to diminished supplies and elevated prices

External Supply Take inventory of your extended enterprise and Identify
critical suppliers and understand their responses in a
pandemic
Be clear about expectations surrounding support, delivery
delays, stock maintenance, expertise, quantity, quality,
etc..
Review safety stock levels
Stockpile essential supplies / resources as needed
Be open to collaborating with other companies
