!!!!Creating the Contact for your Talk Mail on your website!!

Step 1: To create a contact in your school connects you must first log into your school connects account.!!Access the School Connects website via the Anglophone East District Website!! !

!!!!!!Step 2: In order to create a new contact, you must choose the “Manage Contacts” tab on the left hand side of the welcome screen.!!! !!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Step 3: Choose the “Contact List” from the menu.!!!!!! ! ! ! !!!!!!!!!!!

Step 4: You will now choose the “New” button in order to create a contact. You will then be prompted to name it. Use “Website” or “TalkMail” to be easier to recognize.!!!!! !!!!!!

Adding the Talk Mail Feature to every voicemail!!This is a short walkthrough on how to add your voicemails to your talk mail section on your school website.!!Step 5: You will then choose to add the contact manually.!!

!!!!Step 6: Add the email address for your website Talk Mail. This is typically your school number followed by the word talkmail@nbed.net!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You have now added your website as a contact. See Section 2 for how to add your contact to your voicemail.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!Adding your website to your voicemail!!

Step 1: Access the School Connects website via the Anglophone East District Website!

!!Step 2: Login to your School Connects account using your school number as the username and password.!!

!!!Step 3: Choose to make your new message.!!

!Step 4: Follow the steps of creating you message. The pictures that follow show the first three steps in creating your message. Do as you normally would for a voicemail.!!

!!Step 5!!

During step four of the process is where you are going to add the option of your voicemail going to your website. !!By default the option “Address Book” is selected. We need to select the option “Address Book and Contact List”!

!!Once you select this tab, you will then have to choose your contact list members (your website)!In this scenario the contact list was created and name “Talk Mail”!!

!!!Once you click “Continue” the list will appear as “1 selected”. In this scenario the contact list was not selected yet and therefor the number 0 appears.!

!!!You have now finished your voicemail and can send it as you normally would.!!
