The Rules• Is an individual sport

• Played in open spaces

• The athlete must throw fish upwards meanwhile he or she racewalk.

• The race ends when an athlet’s pan crosses the line.

• The IFT (Institution of Fish Throwers) points out that “Fish throwing” is an excellent way to improve your sinchronization and resistance.

Is a 5 kms athletic competition.
