Subject of Interest

The subject of interest for this lesson is H2O sports. These can be classified as pool sports, ocean sports, and land sports that involve water. They can also be classified as sports that use water, ice, and snow.

Objectives

Students will understand that there are a wide variety of sports that utilize many different playing grounds.

Students will know the difference between water, snow, and ice sports.

Students will be able to identify which sports utilize specific surfaces and choose sports that are appropriate for specific environments.
