Also a custom software that is made for specific task for large corporations,And, commercial software for personal computers

-Operating environment between the user and computer OS,
-a layer that creates the way computer should work,
-A self-contained operating system
Windows provides the following:

Information Center
Plug and Play
Rules in using CBIs
1. Be extremely cautious in using FREE internet materials.
(Computer based instruction)
2. Don’t get so attracted by too much graphics and design
3. Use sound pedagogical principles in evaluating the materials.
4. Check the color, design, text legibility, and easy navigation
5. Observe classroom explanations & illustrations of concepts
6. Maintain accuracy, coherence, logic of information
7. Observe absence of biased materials(gender biased or racial biased)
CIBs are interesting but distracting also.Never forget that.
