MIXED SIGNALS AND MISPERCEPTIONMixed signals and Misperception: common thread underlying the discussion so far is that people’s perception can undermine attempts to communicate. People do not pay attention to everything going on around them. They inadvertently send mixed signal that can undermine the intended messages.

information that flows from higher level to lower levels in the organization hierarchy.

Coaching is dialogue with a goal of helping another be more effective and achieve his or her full potential on the job.
