of the language,race,sex and religion.Primary Education is right of every Turkish Citizens.It is principle to be done coeducation(girls and boys).It is provided cooperation between schools and family to realize the aims of Education Institutions.

School-Family cooperations are established at schools to realize the aims.

Turkish National Education System is divided in to two main parts,one of them is Örgün Education,other is Widespread Education.

Örgün Education includes preschool time,Primary Education,Secondary Education and Higher Education.

Widespread Education includes all of the facilities of education.

Preschool Education includes the education of preschool children (girls and boys).This education is not obligatory.

Primary Education comprises the education of children between 6-14 ages.Primary Education is obligatory and free in Government Schools.

Primary Education is 8 (eight) years.When the students finish these schools,they take Primary Education Diploma.

Secondary Education comprises high schools. Higher Education comprises education institutions giving

higher education.Higher Education İnstitutius are Universities,Faculties,Institutes,Conservatoires,Research Centres.

Teachers are divided in to three career levels (teacher,expert teacher,chief teacher) after the period of candidacy.

Teachers make their duties in different places of Turkey.

Yuvarlama Ingredients:1 kg mince,150 gr butter,2 medium onions,250 gr yogurt,2 eggs,pepper,salt,cayenne pepper,enough flour,2 and a half glasses of water,tomato puree.Preparation:Mix mince,grated onion,pepper,salt and knead into a dough as soft as an earlobe.Make into very small meatballs and put on to a floured trat then fry.In a separete pan melt butter add puree,salt,cayenne and water and bring to the boil add fried meatballs and simmer for 45 minutes.Strain,pour yogurt on top,melt butter stir in cayenne pepper and pour over yogurt

Artichoke with olive oil and meatIngredients:1 Artichoke,1/2 bunch dill,1/2 bunch spring onions,1 spoon tomato puree,250 gr mince or chopped meat,cayenne pepper,salt,1/2 glass olive oil,juice of 1 lemon.Preparation:Chop the stalks,squeze lemon juice over and boil for 15 munites.In another pan fry meat,onion add dill,puree and spices,then put on top of artichoke,add 2 glasses of the water it was boiled in and cook for ½ hour.This is especially eaten in the winter and is very good for the liver.Especially in Aydın it is aften cooked in winter,it is known for person who has got liver problem.
