The course agenda primarily has principles of cloud computing, implementing and managing cloud computing, cloud usage, security and compliance, business case, understanding the cloud computing landscape, patterns and implementation and cloud in practice as its chief features. Topics such as building a cloud environment, accessing the cloud, managing identity and privacy, legal issues, cloud integration and green IT, cloud providers and their USP, cloud provider fitment study, AWS 101, understanding of the key AWS components – EC2, EBS, ELB, EIP, S3 and RDS, setting up a static website on cloud and setting up a highly available web application.
