TROPICAL CLIMATE ZONES
FACTS ABOUT TROPICAL RAINFORESTSTropical rainforests only cover around 2% of the total surface on earth, about 50% of plants and animals on earth. There are two different rainforests: Tropical and Temperate, even though Tropical is the main. Tropical areas are found in all different continents except for Antarctica and Arctic. Rainforests help regulate the temperature around the world. A fifth of our fresh water is from tropical rainforests. About half of natural medicines have been discovered in tropical rainforests.CLIMATE CONDITIONSTropical rainforests are forests that get heavy rainfall, but hot at the same time which makes it really humid.
COUNTRIES AND PLACESThe locations to find tropical areas are in South America, Alaska, Canada, Asia, Africa [Congo basin] and Latin America.
